    Bluebell rd, the avenues flat out to Colman rd for your strava segment, straight over until you join unthank rd turn left to the top of grapes hill, turn left down grapes hill, down barn rd follow to st crspins, left onto st augustines continue down aylsham rd

    Longer run!

    Earlham rd, to grapes hill. Over bridge, left turn down the hill, right onto st Benedics through St. Andrews bank plain, prince of wales rd, left onto riverside to Gas hill. Effort up Gas Hill. Jog down, return back to city academy, through cathedral then retrace route back.

  • 26th February


    6-8 MILE RUN INCLUDING 6-8 10 SEC HILL EFFORTS Bluebell road to Eaton, straight over at the lights, turn left onto greenways. Run up greenways using side roads for hill efforts running up and down before recovery and jogging onto the next. Repeat 6-8 times. This should form part of the 25minute out and back.
